AT315MR-T/7 is EN 50155 certified railway standard 3U plug-in multi-channel IGBT gate drive and real-time fault monitoring board for Alstom metro and light rail traction converter racks. It receives PWM modulation commands from MVTU/MVTT master control CPU via rack backplane bus, outputs isolated high-drive gate signals to power IGBT modules, and continuously monitors IGBT desaturation, overcurrent, gate supply loss and power module overtemperature.
