Basic motor control

The Emerson MEV3000 - 41320 - 100 is a high - performance inverter. Rated for 132KW continuous operation and capable of handling up to 160KW under certain conditions, it is designed for industrial motor control. It accepts a three - phase input voltage of 380 - 440VAC (with a tolerance of 320 - 460VAC) at a nominal frequency of 50/60Hz. The output frequency can be adjusted from 0Hz to 650Hz. It uses advanced control methods like vector control (both with - speed and without - speed) and V/F control. The control accuracy reaches ±0.05% with speed feedback and ±0.5% without. It has a wide speed control range: 1:1000 with speed feedback and 1:100 without. Offering a high starting torque, it can achieve 200% at 0rpm with speed feedback and 150% at 0.5Hz without. With an overload capacity of 150% of the rated current for 60 seconds, it ensures reliable operation during peak loads. Equipped with an RS - 485 interface supporting Modbus protocol, it allows for seamless integration into industrial control systems.
